Co-Founder | Leadership & Organisational Development

Naomi Holdt

Naomi Holdt is a clinical and organisational psychologist specialising in leadership under pressure, organisational dynamics, executive functioning, communication systems and human behaviour within complex organisations.

Her work focuses on helping leaders and organisations understand behavioural patterns, leadership blind spots, organisational communication breakdowns, conflict avoidance, executive pressure responses, psychological safety within teams and leadership capability development.

Naomi works closely with CEOs and leadership teams to strengthen the human systems required to support sustainable organisational performance.

Her work bridges:

leadership psychology, executive coaching, organisational development, leadership communication, emotional intelligence and behavioural transformation without disconnecting these dynamics from commercial reality.

Why The Partnership Works

Two Disciplines. One Integrated View of Organisational Performance.

Oxyfen’s strength lies in the integration between strategic execution and leadership psychology.

John and Naomi operate from different disciplines while solving the same organisational challenges from complementary perspectives. This allows Oxyfen to address strategic complexity, operational execution, leadership behaviour, organisational dynamics, human capability, communication systems and sustainable organisational growth as interconnected realities rather than isolated problems.
